South Salmon Creek Beach Cleanup
UPDATE: Volunteers joined Dailey Little of Healing Heart Reiki in Santa Rosa at South Salmon, Rangers were on hand to open the parking lot and help haul away the trash. A big thank you to our volunteers and State Park Rangers! We hope to see you all out there again soon!
WHEN: April 6, 2014 at 10:00am
WHERE: Meet in the parking lot of South Salmon Creek Beach. The beach is normally closed at this time of year, but Sonoma Coast State Parks will be opening the gate up for this volunteer event. Directions will be provided after registration.
WHAT TO BRING: Bring your water bottle and reusable gloves to help reduce waste! Wear sturdy shoes and comfortable clothing. Download the waiver here and fill it out in advance!
DETAILS: Join Coastwalk for a few hours to help cleanup the mess! Volunteers will pick up trash and debris from the beaches, campsites and parking lots. Bags, gloves, data cards and pencils provided.
