Enjoy family fun, learning and camping on the Sonoma Coast. Explore the scenic trails of Salt Point State Park. Attend the annual Fort Ross Festival. Explore the tide pools of Gerstle Cove Marine Sanctuary, learn about the coastal, native
habitats along the trail to Stump Beach and collect salt on the Tafoni rock formations. All walks are led by our interpreter, biologist and Santa Rosa Junior College Professor Emeritus, Peter Leveque. Evenings are for hot meals prepared by our Sonoma Family Team, storytelling, camp songs, laughter, and retelling the day’s discoveries. We
will end our adventure at Fort Ross State Park’s Annual Festival with activities that celebrate the international cultures at The Fort.
