Bodega Head

The parking lot has an elevation of 15 feet. Located the point that sticks out into the ocean adjacent to Bodega Bay, it has a small beach next to the tall cliffs of Bodega Head.

Follow the pathway next to the cliffs at the north side of the parking lot and watch for the steps on your left down to the beach.  Part of the way down is dirt trail which can be muddy and slippery at times. The way down is steep and there are big waves.  There are trash bins up by the parking lot next to the restrooms.  You will need to check with State Parks to find out whether the restrooms are open.
