Shell Beach

Shell Beach is located north of Bodega Head and south of Goat Rock at Latitude 38.417° and Longitude -123.104°. The parking lot has an elevation of 112 feet. There are trails running both south and north from the parking lot which follow the coastline, as well as a trail with steps leading east towards the beach. The Kortum Trail Runs north from Shell Beach to Blind Beach with a total distance of 2.25 miles or 4.5 miles round trip. Shell beach is famous for its geology and tide pools.

The site includes a restroom, two recycling bins and a trash bin.
