In the style of a Coastwalk Classic we will haul your gear while you enjoy sweeping vistas of the Marin Headlands and Point Reyes National Seashore. Special screening of critically acclaimed film, REBELS WITH A CAUSE, a fascinating example of a hard fought campaign to preserve something important to all of us — our public land. And it is a powerful tool to illustrate that the personal is political, and the local is global.

Highlights:

Point Reyes National Seashore, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, and Mount Tamalpais State Park: hiking along Drake’s Estero and Sculptured Beach, visiting Arch Rock, a swim in Bass Lake, strolling through majestic Muir Woods, and hiking down luxuriously forested Steep Ravine to Stinson Beach.
